Microworld is a dance project founded in 1995 by Roel Butzen en Guy Naets. Soon this collaboration resulted in a full CD, named Chip, containing the club hits Booby Trap and X-Pression. These tracks were licensed en remixed all over Europe. Remixes were made by i.e. Commander Tom and DJ Taucher, two well know DJ’s in the nineties. A few months after the release of Chip, Michel Bierlin joined the gang. Guy left Microworld to join Bonzai Records.
After their success in Germany, Roel and Michel signed several e.p.’s with Zolex Records, the label of DJ Frank Zolex.
When Roel started studying, Microworld was put on hold till 2009. Now they’re composing new stuff for Deaf Owl Communication.
